Making Room for More- The Things You can do with a Piano

My first major purchase when I moved to San Francisco was this beat up but loved baby grand piano. My Home Feature on Apartment Therapy House Tour

This past weekend, Lilias Pettit-Scott took some beautiful photos of my home for an Apartment Therapy House Tour that posted today! Bethany Nauert (a fantastic photographer, herself!) wrote the article to accompany the photos. She has an easy way of translating my story and sharing my passion for design, art, color... I just couldn't be more happy about the whole thing. Click on this link to see the story. So, my rooms are done! The Apartment Therapy photo shoot is done! My personal Making Room for More mission is complete and I'm in heaven. I wanted to create a space that would celebrate my own personal style and make room for friends and family to spend more time with me...

Then it hit me-I was hiding, hunkering down, hoping to get by without anyone noticing I was struggling to adjust to the times. Startled by the awareness that I was moving further away than ever from the life I was trying to create, I blurted out, like Talking Heads, “How did I get here?!” [caption id="attachment_67" align="aligncenter" width="500" caption="Would David Byrne wear this hat?"][/caption] So the past year has been about re-building- my career, my business, my home,...
