'Plein Heir' is a unique an evolving line of vintage furniture and accessories re-imagined with my original art and paint style.

The named is a cheeky pun of "plein air" the outdoor painting style made popular by the Impressionists, paired with 'heirloom' referring to the vintage and used pieces I'm digging up for the line, like this sturdy old chair I found at a local flea market. It's labeled with a tag from the Los Angeles DEA's office- gotta love a good story.

I took a linen print of my 'Pink Lattice Floral' painting to my upholstery shop and placed the artwork exactly as I like it.

The rest of the chair is covered in Robert Allen Alchemy Linen in Zinc- it's a gorgeous upholstery weight fabric that fits my look beautifully.

The details of every piece are important.

I'm also using this print for accessories like this 16x20" throw pillow with a flax color linen back, overlap closure and organic kapok insert.

The chair is already sold but pillows and these additional pieces are still available. I imagine these pieces becoming short run reproduction lines but for now they're all one-of-a-kind, so contact me for more information on inventory or check out my shopping page.
