Introducing the Torn Landscape Series

Most of you know that I launched my Plein Heir collection this year. From the beginning it's been exciting to see each of the series, that make up this collection, taking shape. This week I finished this bespoke commission for a client and finally feel like my Torn Landscapes have become a series. With another dresser and painting currently in the works, it's fulfilling to see a body of work come to life. This client gave me free reign to choose the piece and color scheme. Sneak Peak: this Saturday's art and pop-up show

Final preparations are underway... Val is preparing some nice little hors d'oeuvres and selected a lovely vino for a complimentary bite and beverage. A Day in the Life... of my Dining Room

I had some friends over for a pancake brunch yesterday. Some were here for the first time, others were doing the usual, walking through my house to see what has changed since the last time they were here. We calculated that I've painted my dining room 8- yes, eight times since I moved here 6 years ago! Here's what my dining room looked like the day I moved in...   My dining room for an emergency makeover on Fresh Coat (sorry the picture is so bad!) Soon after, CertaPro Painters (thank you, Adrienne!) painted my living and dining rooms in exchange for a photo shoot of my space (they're the best!).
