Apparently Emerald goes Beautifully with 2013

Because people have predicted that emerald green is 2013's Color of the Year, images like these are popping up all over the internet. This room, I saw in The Interior Revolution blog, reminded me of a room I painted a few years ago for Designer, LouAnn Bauer, and her client in San Francisco...   The walls of this Victorian home were pale and non-descript... Creating a Mood- Color Palettes that Glow

Those of you who follow me on Facebook know that I like to post photos from my power walks. Recently, I read that some experts are calling Emerald Green the 'Color of 2013'. So, when I ran into this most amazing scene along the Crystal Springs Reservoir near my home in Burlingame, California, I had to imagine a room that evoked this magical setting.
