There's something downright magical about the way natural light transforms our rooms throughout the day. I’ve studied these nuances my entire career, like, how the low winter sun casts an ethereal blue gray through a window while summer sunsets powdercoat a room with blush and mauve. So, I know how to harness these effects to alchemize color stories that fit how you envision moving through your space.

My mother taught me that what you first see when you wake can color your entire day. This wisdom still resonates with me, alongside the science and symbolism of color, intelligent components of design, and the moments we long to create and enjoy in our homes.

Why Plein Heir? "Plein" is a nod to the French technique, plein air, which is painting from real life. "Heir" refers to the heirloom quality, colors, and style that create a rich setting honoring the things that are meaningful to us and making space for more lasting memories to be shared.

Through all my iterations as an Artist, Color Curator, Television Host & Producer, Color Marketing & Creative Director, my focus remains on my passion for color and how it can inspire us to see everything in a whole new light.
